PennCoat, Inc. has been serving the commercial and industrial painting and epoxy flooring market for over 30-years.   We primarily operate in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Our customers are professional facility managers and engineers.  We approach the most challenging projects with pre-planning, expertise, and common sense.  This allows us to complete our projects on time and within budget, in spite of restricted time schedules and environmental challenges.

We will refurbish your facility or process area from floor to ceiling with solutions that take into consideration the condition of the existing substrate, future exposure, and required cure times.  We take great pride in meeting your appearance and scheduling expectations.

Our team will meet with you to develop a comprehensive site evaluation, and an understanding of your scheduling requirements.  We then follow up to discuss budgeting options and ways to value engineer your project.  Our top priority is to uncover and eliminate conditions that could result in future coating failure.  We may recommend performing substrate testing to identify potential vapor transmission or the presence of contaminates such as soluble salts.  We then supply you with a detailed scope of work and specifications. This ensures that all expectations are well defined.  Our project manager will work with you to develop a site-specific safety plan to avoid potential hazards.  Our clean and professionally dressed crew will start each day by reviewing the safety plan, discussing risks associated with the daily tasks and all necessary and required PPEs.  We understand that your product and the cleanliness of the operation are among your primary concerns.  We will build the proper containment and protection required to avoid contamination and disruption to your process.  Our Crew will follow our documented SOP installation procedures that produce consistent results and avoid mistakes.  Our employees take great pride in their work, display courtesy and good manners at all times.

Satisfied Customers are our number one asset.
